Ogun APC Fully Ready for 2027 Elections, Says Abiodun

ABEOKUTA — Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has declared that the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state is fully prepared for the 2027 general elections.

Abiodun made the declaration while addressing party members and stakeholders, saying the APC had continued to strengthen its structures across the state ahead of the next electoral cycle.

The governor urged party members to remain united and committed to the ideals of the APC, stressing that unity would be crucial to the party’s success in 2027.

He said the administration had continued to implement programmes aimed at improving the lives of residents while strengthening the state’s economic and social development.

According to Abiodun, the achievements recorded by his administration would provide a strong basis for the party to seek the support of residents during the next election.

He called on party leaders and members to continue working together and avoid internal disagreements capable of weakening the APC’s chances at the polls.

The governor also expressed confidence in the leadership of the party at the national and state levels, saying the APC remained focused on consolidating its position in Ogun State.

Abiodun urged members to take the party’s message to communities across the state and mobilise support ahead of the 2027 elections.

He said the APC would continue to engage with residents and stakeholders while presenting its achievements and plans for the future.

The governor’s comments come as political parties across Nigeria intensify preparations for the 2027 general elections, with candidates and party structures already beginning mobilisation activities.
